Return Policy

You know your animal best, and adding something new to his diet can be tricky. To help prevent the need for returns, we offer trial sizes and flavour samples to give you an opportunity to see how G’s products work before purchasing full sizes.

We also use the honour system. If you are unhappy with your G’s purchase, please get in touch with us and we will help troubleshoot as best we can. We want you and your animal to be happy!

For the sake of “technical terms,” we accept returns and exchange within 30 days of purchase, products can be unopened or used for defective or non-defective products, and product can be mailed back to us at the customers expense or can be returned to place of purchase.
